To get a referral, the following documents may be requested:

Picture ID (Driver’s license, State ID, Passport, Human Services Depart. or Work ID)
and some type of identification for each member of your household, (i.e. medical cards, insurance cards, birth certificates, social security cards, WIC printouts)

Income verification (Check stub, UC statement letter, SSI stub)

Verification of Household Size (medical cards, Immunization records, birth
certificates)

Proof of current address (Utility bill or telephone bill, rent receipt)

You will be given a referral to a food pantry that can serve your needs that day.
If you cannot make it to that pantry at least 15 minutes BEFORE closing time, please tell the person issuing the referral so you can be given a referral you can use.

If you do not have all of the items needed, you may ask for a one time exception.
